Our Policies

We require a 24 hour notice for all cancelled and rescheduled appointments. A $25 fee will be applied for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of that appointment's scheduled time. Please be aware your therapist or stylist has reserved time on their schedule for you. When late notice is given, time slots cannot always be filled, resulting in wasted time for the therapist/stylist.   


All no-shows will be charged a $25 fee. After 2 no shows, clients will be asked to prepay a deposit to scheduled appointments. Nouveau employees reserve the right to refuse service to clients who have shown perpetual tardiness or who have a history of no showing appointments. 


If clients are more than 10 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment and the $25 fee will be charged. We are unable to perform the highest quality work our clients deserve if our time is cut short. Nouveau employees have full schedules and we strive to run on time for our clients. This is not possible if we are squeezing in late arrivals. 

Late Arrivals

Due to the nature of lasers and advanced equipment being used, in addition to the number of massages we do each day, it is not safe or advisable for children to be in the building. Please make childcare arrangements for your children during your spa visits. 

Children at Appointments

All medical and laser treatments are to be administered at the discretion of the physician. We reserve the right to restrict dosages, refuse unnecessary treatments and to time out procedures in accordance with the guidelines from the manufacture of the medical equipment and/or product being used..
