Spa Policies

For the enjoyment of yourself and others receiving self care at our spa, please silence all cell phones upon entering the spa and leave silenced phones in your locker during treatments.

Due to the nature of lasers and advanced equipment being used, it is unsafe for children to attend the spa during parents’ visits. Please make child care arrangements, as we do not allow children under the age of 12.

We require a 24-hour notice for all cancelled appointments to avoid a 50% charge for your visit. Please be aware that your therapist has set aside time for you in their schedule. If late notice is given, this time slot cannot be filled, resulting in wasted time for the therapist. If cancellation charges are not paid, subsequent appointments cannot be scheduled.

No-show appointments will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost. After 2 no shows, all appointments must be paid at the time of booking. After 3 no shows, no further appointments will be scheduled.

All medical and laser treatments are to be administered at the discretion of the physician. We reserve the right to restrict dosages, refuse unnecessary treatments and to time out procedures in accordance with the guidelines from the manufacture of the medical equipment and/or product being used.
